Hi, I'm not going to offer technical help but more my opinion on your ideas. First of all, is a quarter of a century party really a good idea? I mean it makes him sound old, and It could be depressing like a quarter of his life is gone? Also I don't think putting his head on a pinata would be such a good idea... think about it, I shouldn't have to explain that one lol... Imo you should just put a big pic of his head on the cake, maybe get that photo of you two together touched up, printed and framed give him that and perhaps a pinata without his head on it
